Q: What areas do you cover?

 

A: South Manchester and Cheshire

 

 

 
Q: Do you do commercial work?

 

A: Yes, we cater our services for both residential and commercial properties. We offer return customer discounts for regular service calls.

 

 

 
Q: Do you give estimates?

 

A: Yes, one of the property development team visits the property to give a free quotation.

 

 

 
Q: What do you charge?

 

A: We do not charge by the hour, but an overall labour cost for each project. For small jobs this will be one payment, but for larger jobs payments would be made in three instalments; before, during and after work is completed.

 

 

 
Q: What about materials?

 

A: Most jobs include materials and labour, unless by prior arrangement clients choose to purchase their own materials.

 

 

 
Q: Do you work evenings and weekends?

 

A: Normal office hours are from Monday to Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm – onsite times vary in accordance to the work pattern agreed.

 

 

 
Q: Are your tradesmen Gas safe registered and NICEIC registered?

 

A: Our Development team is made up of a number of tradesmen each specialising in their own specific area. Our builders and decorators are not Gas safe registered and NICEIC registered, but our electricians, plumbers and gas engineers are registered.

 

 

 
Q: Are your tradesmen reliable?

 

A: Yes, our team of tradesmen are highly skilled in multiple trades, each specialise in their area of expertise. 

 
 
 
Q: How can I pay?

 

A: We accept cash, credit and debit cards.

 

 

 
Q: What advice would you suggest for clients communication with tradesmen?

 

A: To help avoid misunderstandings or disturbances between clients and tradesmen it is a good idea to agree on the following before work commences:-

 

  • Which rooms are to be cleared and which are to be out of bounds.
  • Where the tradesmen can store materials
  • Use of electricity
  • Access through the house
  • Which bathroom facilities can be used (if any).
  • Access to the telephone
  • Your daily routine, as well as the tradesmen.
